World Book Day 2017

The children and staff of BSB celebrated their first world book day in school on March 4th 2017.

We had lots of fun and started the day with a fantastic visit from author Paulo Almeida, who read his brand new children's book all about playground games and playing outside. We also created some fantastic pieces of work based on celebrating authors such as Roald Dahl and Julia Donaldson.

The staff and children all took part in fancy dress competitions and had lots of fun dressed as their favourite book characters.
