The Lions’ Roar Website

Created by the students, for the students, The Lions’ Roar website is a place where The British School of Brasilia (BSB) students can find various forms of content highlighting students’ successes, school news and topical information articles for our BSB students. 

Our newest addition is BSB’s Podcast ‘BSB Voices’ that was initially broadcast in 2023 with our wonderful Primary content creators who interviewed Mr McGowan (BSB Headmaster) in Episode 1. This year, it has now been revisited by our Secondary content creators who have kicked off this latest series with a ‘Behind the Scenes’ look at BSB. In this series, our host Lucas S. in Year 7 interviewed a number of BSB staff members about their first ever jobs. Chatting about their likes and dislikes of their first entry into the world of work, our BSB staff members relive their past memories and go down memory lane with Lucas. 

We have had some very interesting discoveries - jobs include working at McDonalds,working in a school kitchen and even a horses’ stables. Enjoy the monthly podcast, where staff members’ first jobs will be revealed with our host Lucas.
