International Food Weeks 2021

In both April and June 2021, we were treated to alternative lunch and snack menus as requested by pupils at The British School of Brasilia (BSB). In celebration of our diverse community, and the often talked about traditional cuisines missed from home, pupils worked together to suggest and then vote for international dishes to be served. This is included cuisines from:
  Menus were created by pupils listing home cooked favourites or dishes that had been tried previously when travelling. Both weeks certainly proved to be a huge hit with all pupils and staff, many of whom tried foods which they might not normally have selected, including meat alternatives, fruits and vegetables!

From here we hope to incorporate a number of dishes within the cycle of our regular menus.
