This year’s International Day celebration was a huge success, with 20 countries being represented through information stands, activity stations, cultural performances and delicious food. The Events and Fundraising Group (EFG) put together a brilliant programme for all to enjoy, from Indian meditation and dance classes to African arts and crafts, Bahian drumming groups to Kung Fu demonstrations, to name but a few attractions. it really was an action-packed day and so wonderful to see BSB and wider community working together.

Huge congratulations to Hermione Allen - Year 2 who wrote and performed a fantastic poem about England and Ana Luisa and Gabriela Heery - Year 4 and 5 who played the tin whistle, sang and presented a traditional Irish dance. They all represented their countries beautifully.
