Christmas Fayre 2022

December/2022 saw The British School of Brasilia (BSB) host their Christmas Fayre to raise money for charity, enjoy time as a community, enjoy delicious food and even do some Christmas shopping!
Each House worked hard to create engaging stalls to raise as much money as they could for their charity. Some stalls included a sponge the teacher, a human fruit machine, a toy tombola and even a silent auction for a Brazil official football team shirt signed by a famous Brazilian player that played in the World Cup when Brazil won for the 5th time!
There were food vendors selling everything from coffee and cakes to pancakes and a barbecue. We also welcomed a number of local vendors and small businesses who were selling handmade craft, organic beauty products, jewellery and more.
As always, one highlight of the event was the raffle were a number of excellent products, donated by our amazing school community, were given away all in an effort to raise money for charity.

This hugely successful event raised an incredible amount of money and we cannot wait to get to work with our chosen charities to use this in the best way possible!
