Qualifications:
- Degree in History from Universidade de Brasília - UnB.
- Postgraduate Degree in Education from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul - PUCRS.
During my experience as a teacher, I have had the opportunity to work voluntarily in public schools teaching African and Indigenous History in Brazil to High School students. Since 2018, I have taught History to Secondary students in Brazilian schools, preparing them for the national exams such as Enem (Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio), Vestibular and PAS (Programa de Avaliação Seriada). I am currently teaching History at The British School of Brasilia since 2022, and I am now excited about teaching Year 11 students and helping them with their GSCE (General Certificate of Secondary Education) History exam.
I am an avid reader and my favourite book of recent times is One Hundred Years of Solitude by Gabriel García Márquez.
