BSB seeks a dynamic and experienced Admissions Assistant to join our school and work alongside the school's Admin and Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be a person of kindness, honesty, and integrity, and be an excellent communicator who enjoys positive relationships with their colleagues and wider BSB community. They will play an integral role in the growth of the school and must be comfortable, confident and welcoming when leading admissions meetings with prospective parents.

Main Duties

  • To be responsible for leading admissions meetings with prospective parents;

  • Work following the objectives, policies, and procedures of our organisation;

  • Ensure all emails, meetings and further correspondence are done in a timely and appropriate manner;

  • Work alongside the Headteacher, finance department and School Secretary to ensure enrolments are completed professionally and smoothly.

  • Liaise with teachers to inform them of new arrivals and transferring students

  • Alongside the Headteacher and School Secretary, ensure all admissions documents are reviewed and updated;

  • Participate in regular departmental meetings;

  • Manage all relevant day-to-day issues relating to admissions;

  • Manage the purchasing, selling and stocktake of school uniforms.
